what we do
Angel of Lower Wacker Drive was an initiative started by Dr. Patrick "Doc" Angelo, Jr. in 2001 when he saw firsthand the struggles endured by unhoused people on Chicago's Lower Wacker Drive.
Since then, Doc has regularly brought food, clothes, and winter gear to Chicagoans in need, along with the help of other Angels and community service providers.
